As Chief Operating Officer, Morgan leads teams at Siteworx with a clear understanding of how technology and creativity can be used to change organizations and create business value. Morgan has more than ten years professional services experience enhancing leading brands on the web through consulting, design and development.
At Siteworx, Morgan has established practices and software tools for project and resource management, collaboration, business analytics and recruitment.
Prior to Siteworx, Morgan led technical projects at NaviSite, designing and delivering large-scale CMS solutions and high-end websites for clients such as USDA Forest Service, College Board, AOL, Discovery Communications, XM Radio, Republican National Committee, U.S. State Department and the Denver Broncos.
Morgan holds a B.A. degree in Psychology with a minor in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary, with concentrated study in personality theory and psychology of creativity.
