Purchasing a new Web content management (WCM) solution or extending the features of a current WCM you have in place can be an expensive undertaking.
If you’re responsible for planning your company’s WCM investments, you have two goals that are likely equally important:
- To create a compelling business case that incents management to loosen the purse strings
- To ensure you have an ROI story that will justify your investments and ensure the long-term organizational support of your WCM initiative
This webinar will share an overview of the variables that IT and Business owners must consider to achieve both goals. We’ll address:
- The pros and cons of on-premise vs. cloud-based vs. managed solutions
- Guidelines for estimating hardware, software, bandwidth, staffing and implementation services, etc.
- Ancillary costs to consider such as content migration, web analytics, performance monitoring, and integration of the CMS with other software packages
