New Site Presents Accurate, Navigable, Searchable Content for Multiple Audiences
RESTON, Va., July 23, 2007 - Highlighting the Nuclear Energy Institute's (NEI) mission to educate various public entities with accurate information about the nuclear energy industry, Siteworx has completed design and development of the Institute's new Web site at
www.nei.org
. The Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) is the policy organization of the nuclear energy and technologies industry and participates in both the national and global policy-making process. NEI's objective is to ensure the formation of policies that promote the beneficial uses of nuclear energy and technologies in the United States and around the world.
Built with the Axiom CMS 3.0 content management system, the new Web site is the information hub for nuclear energy and its uses in electric power generation, nuclear power plant fuel, medicine, food and agriculture, space, and consumer products. NEI.org also addresses the environmental and safety concerns of nuclear energy, public policy considerations, and financial details regarding the efficiencies gained through the use of nuclear energy.
"While there is a lot of information about nuclear energy on the Web, it is not necessarily correct or current. With the growing concern over global warming and the use of carbon-free energy sources, Siteworx partnered with NEI to develop an informative site for both industry and consumer audiences," said Scott Kaine, Executive Vice President of Siteworx.
