Siteworx Director of User Experience, Giovanni Calabro, has been selected to present at the 2008 Web Experience Forum .

The panel session titled, The Transformative Power of the Web Experience, will discuss innovative companies that are transforming their industries. Each, along with their agencies has used the Web experience to drive new customers to their products and services and has left traditional players behind in the dust. The session will look at how technology and business models combined with an emphasis on user experience online can shake up an industry and transform it forever. The session is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15th from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m.

As Siteworx Director of User Experience, Mr. Calabro leads a team of Experience Architects. He currently serves a diverse client base including leading media, news and publishing companies.

Prior to Siteworx, Mr. Calabro led and energized the design team responsible for Washingtonpost.com, including driving the user experience strategy, conducting in-depth user testing and analysis, developing user interaction models, personas, and interactive wireframes. He also organized coverage and coordinated design strategy for special projects such as “Sitewide Redesign,” “Iraqi War,” “Elections 2004,” and “D.C. Sniper Coverage” for Washingtonpost.com.
