For more than 100 years, Coldwell Banker Commercial has provided exceptional service to its clients as a leader in the commercial real estate industry. Because CBC operates under an affiliate and company-owned business model, communicating and sharing information among its more than 4,000 franchisees, agents and managers had become a daunting challenge.

The Siteworx Approach:

CBC needed an Intranet that would serve as the company's portal to share critical business information. Through the Discovery process, Siteworx learned that CBC's internal constituents found email virtually worthless as a communication channel due to the shear volume and spam issues. They needed a new approach to internal communications that their agents would use.

The Result:

Siteworx built CBC's proprietary social network, Blueprint, that enables CBC's more than 4,000 franchisees, agents, and managers to communicate, stay up-to-date and share information.

Blueprint leverages the proven benefits of a "clean" interface that's easy to manage and customize to a user's needs--a la LinkedIn and Facebook--and is built in a controlled environment that has rigorous security measures to protect sensitive business information and relationships.

And because adoption is always the goal with any new communication channel, particularly an Intranet, Siteworx supported the rollout of the solution with an interactive flash demo. The quick online tutorial promoted the key features of the system and ended with a fun, interactive game that allowed participants to enter to win a luxury laptop bag.
