In their legacy system, content was siloed, buried and dispersed. Content changes were made manually, slowing down new content generation. Their site also lacked mobile access, eliminating a potential revenue channel. RSM needed a solution that would deliver its users a better experience.
Systems to Grow Smart
Using our Grow Smart solution, we migrated RSM's system onto Adobe Experience Manger (AEM), optimizing the system to break down old content siloes. We added new dynamic tagging and taxonomy so that users could add and update content quickly and easily.
We designed a bold and responsive site across desktop, tablet and smartphone devices, enabling vistors to access the right information at the right time across any device.
Targeting the Market
We built out the new AEM experience by using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target. This strengthened RSM's ability to manage targeting customers through analytics, campaign profiling and content all in one place, coupled with the existing use of Eloqua.
