Ryan is an award-winning global tax services firm, with the largest property tax practice and the seventh largest corporate tax practice in North America. With more than 12,000 clients in over 40 countries, including many Global 5000 companies, Ryan.com is a vital platform for cementing their thought leadership position and capturing leads. However, with their dated website design and architectural limitations, they knew it was time to revamp and craft a stronger digital strategy to revive their customer experience.

In order to deliver a website that not only embodied Ryan’s brand, but also functioned as a powerful lead generation tool, Siteworx first conducted a thorough content and technology platform analysis, in-depth stakeholder and customer interviews and an analytics audit.
We also used our Experience by Design methodology to launch a website with an intuitive layout and navigation. Along with a visual overhaul, we integrated Marketo and Episerver in order to provide stronger analytics and enable more defined personalization features.
Crafting a Dynamic User Experience
A responsive, SEO-optimized website with an intuitive layout and navigation was launched. The new site was given a complete refresh with a far more intuitive taxonomy, filtering capabilities and a robust set of logic rules that automatically suggests related content.
Driving Lead Generation & Thought Leadership with Analytics
In addition to a visual overhaul, several back-end improvements were also executed. Marketo was implemented to provide more robust analytics, Episerver was integrated with Ryan’s CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, and the foundation for personalization features on regional websites was also put into place.
The new Ryan.com now boasts a user experience that delivers relevant content to users, when and where they want it, regardless of device. The newly intuitive navigation and design combined with frequent updates has dramatically increased the overall level of engagement and generated more qualified leads.
