Andrew leads our company with a passion for client services, a strong culture, and growing our business. He defines himself as someone who loves to help, motivate, and lead others…and has a lot of fun along the way!
Andrew has spent more than 20 years as a Digital Executive with a keen focus on identifying new growth platforms, while helping both clients and agencies continually evolve in the digital space.
Prior to joining Siteworx, Andrew ran Acquity Group’s East Coast business focused on hyper-growth of their design and technology services. After Acquity Group was acquired by Accenture Interactive, Andrew was charged with integrating various aspects of the agency into Accenture Interactive. Andrew led the build out of Accenture Interactive’s largest North American design studio in New York City.
Andrew lives in New York City with his girlfriend Jamie, and enjoys gardening, yoga, improv, Sunday night dinners, obstacle course races, and playing basketball! His motto: Be Kind, Be Honest, Be Generous.
Andrew holds a B.S. in Engineering from Michigan State University.

A true digital strategist, Chuck utilizes his depth of experience to deliver consistent, personalized and engaging experiences across a range of channels. Chuck brings more than 18 years of experience in digital strategy, product development and program management. He has worked across finance, healthcare, education and non-profit industries for clients such as AARP, Bain & Company, Goldman Sachs, Marriott, United Nations, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Centers for Disease Control, National Institutes of Health, the American Chemical Society and the International Monetary Fund. Before joining Siteworx in 2016, Chuck served as Vice President and Partner at Medullan, Inc. and as Senior Manager at Sapient. He has also held roles at Harrisburg University, Evans Incorporated, Mercer Human Resource Consulting and Association of American Colleges and Universities.
Chuck earned his M.S. in Technology Management and his B.A. in Government and International Politics at George Mason University. He also holds a Project Management Certificate from the Project Management Institute, a Certified Scrum Master Certificate from the Scrum Alliance and a CIO certificate in Federal Executive Competencies from CIO University. He lives in the Washington, DC metro area and teaches technology leadership as an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University.

Joining the Siteworx team back in 2004, Eric now provides strategic counsel to clients on all project issues, including web and application design and development, collaborative models and software methodologies and budget recommendations and negotiations.
Eric brings nearly 15 years of experience in technical management and development. This includes commerce, web content management, marketing automation, digital asset management and managed services implementations, as well as partner relationship management.
Over the past 12 years at Siteworx, Eric has earned roles of increasing responsibility, including Lead Developer, Senior Lead Developer and Technical Manager. Eric’s experience has earned him the George Foster Peabody Award for his work on NPR.org, Web Awards, Webby Awards, a Gold Horizon Interactive Award, a Silver W3 Award and a Gold Davey Award.
Eric earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Clemson University.

Jennifer combines her design and leadership skills to direct a multidisciplinary design team of user experience architects, visual designers and content strategists while driving the creative direction for client initiatives.
Jennifer brings more than a decade of design expertise to her role. During her tenure at Siteworx, she has focused on leading creative engagements for clients in manufacturing, financial services, consulting and commerce.
Before joining Siteworx in January 2012, Jennifer was Director of User Experience at Tierra Innovation in New York City. Her clients included The Paris Review, CBS, The CW Network, The Council on Foreign Relations, Warner Bros. and NFL Network. Prior to Tierra, she had begun her career in digital design as a visual interface designer for Community Connect, a first-generation social media company.
Jennifer has been honored with numerous industry awards, including an Interactive Media Award, a Horizon Interactive Award, a Silver Davey Award, Best in Class, Best in Category and was a Webby Honoree.
Jennifer earned her M.A. in Graphic Design from North Carolina State University and a B.A. in Economic Theory from American University.

With more than 10 years of experience, Katie leads the marketing team to create engaging content and thought leadership while promoting lead generation and loyalty among our clients.
Katie combines her expertise in digital marketing strategy, content marketing and automation, lead generation and market research to execute an integrated, forward-looking marketing approach for Siteworx. Prior to joining Siteworx, Katie worked as Digital Marketing Manager for GetWellNetwork, a leading provider of interactive patient care solutions within hospitals and other health care organizations. She also served as Program Manager at AOL and Online Business and Operations Manager at the New York Post. While at GetWellNetwork, Katie honed her skills developing and executing cross-channel digital strategies, managing traditional advertising and display campaigns as well as organizing large-scale annual user conferences.
Katie earned her B.B.A. in Marketing Information Systems from James Madison University.

Mike's heart and tech savvy has stayed with Siteworx for over 7 years, continuously honing his skills for overseeing the portfolio of client projects from a quality and process perspective.
Mike brings more than 25 years of experience in quality engineering and technical management. He originally joined Siteworx as a Senior Software Developer in 2009 and grew into a Technical Manager role. He left to serve as an independent technical consultant for local VoIP and mobile app startups before returning to Siteworx in 2012.
Prior to his initial role at Siteworx, Mike spent over a decade at AOL delivering large scale consumer experiences online. At AOL, Mike grew into various roles of increasing responsibility, including Interactive Media Developer, Principle Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Technical Manager. Mike started his professional career by merging his passion for media and technology as a Quality Assurance Manager at Opcode Systems in Palo Alto, CA.
Mike earned a B.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
Savani Tatake

Serving our technical and analytical needs for nearly 5 years, Savani provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation in addition to marketing analytics and strategic counsel for our clients.
Savani brings 13 years of experience managing the full development lifecycle of high visibility, fast performing digital experiences, including mobile apps and responsive websites. Before being promoted to Technical Director at Siteworx, she led the creation of a highly visible app for a 37 million member non-profit. Prior to joining Siteworx in February 2012, she was a Senior Software Engineer for PERFECT SENSE digital, LLC. She also spent nearly seven years as a Senior Bioinformatics Engineer at Lockheed Martin.
Her valuable contributions earned her the recognition as a Powerful Woman Programmer by DCFemTech. Savani earned a M.A. in Communication and Media Studies from Temple University. She earned a B.E. in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune in India.

Victoria keeps things running smoothly for us through the implementation of best practice operational procedures while tracking performance and providing decision support for improving revenue and margin.
Before joining Siteworx in October 2014, Victoria was Office Manager for 3Pillar Global. She spent a decade as an office manager, handling insurance filing, establishing office procedures, billing and collections.
Victoria earned a B.A. in English from Augusta State University and a Paralegal Certificate from Georgetown University.

George brings nearly 20 years of executive leadership experience in the digital space. He has successfully driven complex digital transformation efforts for large clients across several industries with well-defined and measurable outcomes. His expertise spans across a large spectrum of digital solutions areas, including customer experience, market strategies, eCommerce, content management, digital marketing, as well as other specialties.
Most recently, George led the newly created SAP Hybris practice at Lyons Consulting Group, where he drove its growth from almost zero to the largest partner within SAP’s General Business space. Prior to Lyons, he spent over three years at Accenture Interactive as a Digital Account Lead, where he originated, shaped and closed digital opportunities for new and existing clients.
George lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife and two beloved children. As an avid outdoorsman, he enjoys taking the family away to warm weather destinations whenever possible. George earned a B.A in Government from Harvard University.

Randy brings over 20 years of consulting, agency and software experience, in both execution and leadership roles, to Siteworx. He has served as a strategic advisor and program lead for several large manufacturers and distributors where he was responsible for planning and executing on their digital transformations.
Most recently Randy has been serving as Vice President of Business Development and Digital Strategy for Insite Software where he focused on developing and supporting a strategic partner network. Prior to his time with Insite, he was the Vice President of Digital Marketing for Acquity Group/Accenture Interactive. He joined Acquity Group through the acquisition of his digital agency, Anova Group, to build a digital marketing practice from the ground up that tightly integrated business services with Acquity’s core technology implementation services.
Randy is based in Chicago, where he lives with his wife and two teenage daughters. He spends much time outdoors, hiking, biking, boating and playing sports with kids.
Randy received a degree in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University.
